When Princess arrived she was one of just a few dogs that we had for a brief period of time. She had our attention, and the shelter was a quiet place. Now we are overcrowded with many large dogs. She's sad because she is no longer getting our attention as she did on her arrival. She was a stray when brought to us on July 18. I'm sure it seems like it's been an eternity for her, in her cage, since then. She quietly wonders why a family hasn't chosen her go home with them . Princess loves stuffed animals and treats them like they're her puppies. She's such a beauty, and is young, playful, and loves her tennis ball and squeaky toys. She loves to curl up next to her person for a nap. We think she would be great in a home with children, and she seems to prefer the companionship of male dogs over females. She does have a prey instinct for cats, so she needs a new home with no kitties. Will you be the one to give Princess the home and family she deserves? She is up to date on all shots and has been spayed.
